These Terms of Service govern your use of the Miami Wedding Studio website and our inquiry communications. Photography, cinematography, live-streaming, or other booked services are governed by the separate written agreement provided for your event.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal and business purposes related to learning about or inquiring about Miami Wedding Studio services. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy content for commercial use, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.
Inquiries and availability
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date, create a client relationship, or guarantee availability or pricing. A booking becomes confirmed only after all required parties sign a written agreement and the required payment is received.
Miami Wedding Studio inquiry text program
When you voluntarily submit our inquiry form with your phone number after reviewing the SMS disclosure, you agree to receive conversational and informational messages from Miami Wedding Studio concerning your inquiry, consultation, scheduling, availability, and wedding services.

- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. We will send a confirmation and stop further messages unless you opt in again.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
